Victor Watts Memorial
In August, 1902, a match was played between Mine Rovers and Warriors, where the proceeds from the gate were devoted to a fund for placing a headstone over “poor old Watts’ grave. There was a very big muster, the object being a popular one.

Learn about King Battery, EGHS recently received a copy of a paper about King Battery, located at Woolibar Station, written by Dr S E Close. The Battery is on the Register of Heritage Places, as a Permanent Entry, by the Heritage Council of WA (2005).
