The Society has a pictorial history of the Eastern Goldfields and surrounding towns and districts.
The collection (due largely to the efforts of our late life members, June Obrien and Keith and Mavis Quartermaine); is continually being added to and at present consists of more than 40,000 photographs and negatives, from early Goldrush days to more recent times.
Photographic prints are available in black & white size 8"x10" or can be digitally scanned for personal or publication use. For a scale of our publication fees and conditions please contact us or download the forms.
Photographs can be viewed at the Society and ordered. The Society is undertaking the challenging task to create thumbnail images of its collection, however in the meantime you may care to view a list (text only) of our image database that captures a portion of our extensive collection please click here.
Funds raised through sales and fees are used to maintain and further expand the collection.
